Press release / Cycle 008

Meridian narrows bench candidates and tests recovery checkpoints

· Ruth Calder

Cycle 008 reviews two displacement-head records and completes twelve software cases on witness recovery and acquisition checkpoints.

A candidate-specific next step

Meridian Research Collective has completed Cycle 008. The Space Elevator candidate review identifies one offered head with insufficient usable travel and retains a second pending evidence covering its assembled mounting. The review turns a general equipment requirement into a specific follow-up request; no purchase, loan or instrument delivery has occurred.

The Lumen witness journal study distinguishes intact recovery from missing, duplicated and other-session records. Aletheia’s checkpoint comparison exposes unequal or altered commit histories. Each software study also retains a failure that favorable-looking input records cannot reveal.

Scope and limits

The cycle contains two supplier-record dispositions and twelve reproducible authored software cases. There is no performed material test, measured physical clock, optical link, participant or implant result. ET/ED preparedness levels remain unchanged.

Next work concerns assembled mounting evidence, defensible receiver session identity and a checkpoint with independently justified origin and failure custody. The collective dispatch provides the broader context; press-kit downloads remain the earlier Cycle 003 baseline edition.

About Meridian Research Collective
