Meridian closes comparator loan and tests the histories behind a second check

· Ruth Calder

Cycle 013 returns borrowed metrology equipment on time and identifies bounded failures in authenticated recovery and ordered signal models.

January 10, 2027

Meridian Research Collective has completed its January 4–10 research interval. The Space Elevator team returned its borrowed comparator after a final unloaded session, while Lumen and Aletheia tested how a second check depends on the history behind it.

In the final comparator session, both channels followed a deliberate movement of their shared target. Their agreement therefore did not establish target stationarity. NQ-17, its stand and case returned to North Quay Instrument Cooperative on January 8. Material loading and bench acceptance remain withheld.

Software results retain their failure cases

Lumen’s authenticated response study implements a local tag check and active-request binding across fifteen toy exchanges. An old response still passes when verifier state is reset and its nonce is reused; joint rollback remains indistinguishable from an earlier valid history. These are limitations for the next custody design, not evidence of an operational lunar service.

Aletheia’s acquisition-order study runs eight dimensionless synthetic cases. An additive drift model can reproduce an interaction contrast; paired order cancels the specified linear drift but leaves a quadratic confound. No electronics, neural signal, participant or implant is tested.

Why the interval matters

The results sharpen the next practical questions: which motion a material-bench reference must separate, how a recovering verifier avoids repeating a supposedly fresh question, and which time dependence a signal control can reveal. A January 9 methods exchange carries those questions across the three programs without establishing a common cause or a fourth project.

About Meridian Research Collective

Meridian Research Collective brings together the Meridian Space Elevator Initiative, Lumen Lunar Communications Initiative and Noema Institute’s Aletheia Psychic Amplifier Implant program. Its publications distinguish concepts, authored software studies and performed observations, retaining limitations and unresolved interpretations.
