Cycle 008: the offered configuration
November 25–December 2: candidate-specific instrument review and recovery records with retained shared-loss failures.
Completed work
The candidate review rejects KIS-44 for 600 micrometres of usable travel and holds KIS-61 for missing assembled-mount calibration. The witness journal study runs six session and sequence cases. The checkpoint comparison runs six two-copy cases. Their exact retained tables accompany the technical notes.
No instrument has changed custody. The stock-sheet review is documentary work, and the remaining cases are authored software. Previous publications and unresolved equipment, clock, origin and authority obligations remain in force.
Next decisions
Obtain the KIS-61 mounting evidence and confirm conditional availability before deciding on a loan. Establish a receiver session identity that cannot be supplied merely by replaying its label. Place the acquisition checkpoint across a demonstrable commit boundary with distinct failure custody. The collective dispatch places this work within the program ambitions.
