Cycle overview / Cycle 014
Retained state, designed order
January 11–14: a persistent toy verifier, seven ordered signal cases and a two-endpoint reference specification.
Three practical consequences
Cycle 014 continues the January 9 methods exchange through three program-specific tasks. Lumen executes eleven persistent recovery histories. Aletheia executes seven exact ordered cases. The Space Elevator team completes a geometry and reference specification without adding a new physical observation.
The question after a restart retains a successful process-restart guard and a storage-rollback failure. Sixteen turns through a signal retains both cancellation and false-contrast cases. Two ends of the strip carries the returned comparator’s lesson into the next equipment request.
The next interval
Lumen needs custody outside the common recovery snapshot. Aletheia needs timing and settling controls before electrical acquisition. The material bench needs verified reference coverage and a defensible allocation of uncertainty. No new loan, loaded test, lunar link or implant result is established.
ET/ED preparedness retains its existing meaning: readiness to consider and investigate exogenous hypotheses. It is not a probability or a finding produced by these controls.
