Geometry, interruption and settling criteria

· Ruth Calder

January 19–21: a completed geometry inspection, seven local recovery histories and new exact settling controls.

Three bounded results

The line around the clamp records the January 21 visit and a reference path obstructed by the existing clamp. Four authored geometry cases show why taking the observation to the side requires angular assessment. They are not surveyed errors.

Which side of the commit? records actual process exits before and after a generation update commits. A quiet reading can still be wrong compares known-target settling bands with a slow response that defeats a small-change shortcut.

Connections and next work

The teams refreshed the uncertainty guide, RFC recovery sections and WAND abstract, then consulted NIST’s drift section, SQLite’s atomic-commit explanation and Analog Devices’ input-settling discussion. The notes link the specific material and preserve its limits.

Next work is a reference-bracket/support drawing, a recovery-custody design and known-step electrical acquisition controls. No loaded strip, deployed lunar service, physical amplifier result or ET/ED source identification follows.
