Cycle overview / Cycle 019
An independent point, an available keeper, and a known start
January 29–31: synthetic geometry and timing controls alongside a bounded paper-custody interruption.
Three next decisions
A third point is not always independent uses four software cases to show where shared motion escapes a comparison. The day the custodian could not answer records one actual internal paper-custody interruption and six separate software decision cases. Before the first reading uses an ideal RC model to expose a hypothetical half-second start offset.
Only Lumen's limited office paper event is an authored performed observation. The other tables are constructed controls. None introduces a measured bracket displacement, an externally trusted witness, a verified meter latency or a test of the Aletheia amplifier.
What remains withheld
The space-elevator reference needs an independent physical support and calibrated grid tests; strip loading is still withheld. Lumen needs a replacement-custodian policy and an external trust boundary before making reliability claims. Aletheia needs characterized components, step timestamps and instrument loading before fitting time constants.
All three programs continue separately. The research notes link to their preceding Cycle 018 work and the external source docket records actual inspection limits.
