Collective dispatch / Cycle 011
An arrival is a beginning
The strip-bench assembly is in custody; recovery and source tests sharpen the next work for three different machines.
A material change in the work
The complete metrology assembly is now in Meridian’s custody. Reed and Voss inspect its original mounting and retain one unloaded power-on log. The intake note distinguishes the received instrument from the acceptance evidence still missing. No load or material-strength result follows from its arrival.
Three machines, different next steps
The recovery note develops a way to retrieve an already bound decision after its reply is lost. Its shared-rollback control keeps issuer freshness open. The echo study demonstrates a delayed signal that escapes the old zero-lag test, while nonlinear and mixed controls remain unresolved.
The next interval needs a separately originated stationary reference for the strip bench, a freshness source outside Lumen’s recovery snapshot, and an electrical test plan that separates command and source. The programs share a concern for retained observations while pursuing different instruments and ambitions. Their preparedness levels remain unchanged.
