Cycle 005: instruments, witnesses and custody

· Ruth Calder

Twenty-six reproducible software cases develop candidate instrument requirements, per-event receiver permissions and dated authority reconsideration.

Three bounded investigations

The instrument-selection note compares two internal sensor envelopes in five budget and readiness cases. The clock-witness note retains six first-record cases and six timing cases. The authority-timing note runs nine custody and authority-status challenges. Every result is a synthetic fixture result; none is a supplier specification or a physical measurement.

The P1 conditional extension bound is 22.5 micrometres, versus 85 for P2. Sparse agreeing clock anchors cannot distinguish a hidden excursion from its control. A late notice effective before a draw changes eligibility at the later review, while colluding chains retain a known blind spot.

Continuity and consequence

The world interval is November 1–8, continuing the accepted October 31 research state. Two November 1 methods exchanges use earlier published findings. November 6 result briefings precede the review journal, collective dispatch and completion release. Program postures, seven member identities and previously selected imagery remain unchanged.

Next work: seek actual equipment evidence for P1 and independent reference custody; characterize a clock to replace the assumed slew limit; design an acquisition checkpoint and authenticated status delivery outside the colluding ledger dependency. Earlier publications and the Cycle 003 press-kit edition remain preserved.
