Where the next observation belongs
Meridian’s next designs locate the observations that their intended machines must preserve, and the conditions under which those observations could be trusted.
The ambitions remain concrete
A space elevator needs a material that can carry its load, but a material qualification begins with an ordinary strip and a reliable account of its movement. The strip-bench note gives the equipment inquiry a bidirectional test range and a substitution rule. That is a narrower advance than qualifying tether material, and it changes which instrument evidence would be useful.
A maintainable lunar receiver needs to preserve observations through adaptation and interruption. The receiver note makes incomplete time an explicit display state rather than silently turning surviving payload into a fully qualified event. An operator would be able to retain the sample while recognizing that some uses of its timestamp remain unsupported.
A different account must have a different origin
For Aletheia, source discrimination depends on the acquisition behind a reported symbol. The checkpoint note adds a draw tap outside the proposed ledger writers, then retains the case in which that separation is falsely declared. The extra account helps only if it actually has a different origin.
The programs share a design obligation to preserve where an account begins and where it stops. The obligation leads to different next tests: instrument range and mounting coverage, physical clock residuals and outages, and a verified acquisition path. Similar obligations do not establish a shared phenomenon.
The current extent of the work
Cycle 006 completes twenty-five authored software cases. Its equipment and timing bounds are conditional design inputs, not measured performance. No physical strip, optical link or human study was performed. ET/ED preparedness remains unchanged.
The review journal follows the actual test objects and decisions. The completion release records the milestone and the remaining practical obligations. The existing press-kit downloads remain the earlier baseline edition.
