Meridian closes a bench offer and tests restart boundaries
Cycle 009 reports a candidate-specific equipment decision and fifteen software cases on receiver sessions and acquisition recovery.
A decision that changes the next request
Meridian Research Collective has completed Cycle 009. The mounting review closes the current KIS-61 offer after the workshop withdraws conditional availability. Supplied coverage applies to its own bracket and fixture, not the proposed Meridian frame. The next equipment search will specify the assembled configuration before seeking a new loan decision.
Lumen’s session proposal tests whether separately supplied challenge state can reject replay. Aletheia’s write-boundary study tests which acquisition records survive interruption before acknowledgement. Both retain cases where favorable records cannot establish their own origin.
Scope and next work
The cycle contains one supplier-follow-up review and fifteen reproducible authored software cases. It establishes no performed material test, physical clock result, lunar link, participant or implant result. Preparedness levels remain unchanged.
Next work concerns configured instrument availability, receiver challenge custody and durable witness completion. The collective dispatch supplies the broader account. The existing press-kit downloads remain the earlier Cycle 003 baseline edition.
