Cycle 009: the order of leaving

· Ruth Calder

December 3–10: a closed instrument offer, one-use receiver sessions and checkpoint write boundaries.

Completed work

The mounting review closes the unavailable KIS-61 offer. Its supplied bracket coverage does not transfer to the proposed Meridian frame. The session proposal tests six challenge-state cases, and the write-boundary study tests nine recovery cases with exactly one draw each. The technical notes retain their exact tables and the favorable-looking source failures.

The collective dispatch places these outcomes in the larger research program. All work in this interval is documentary or software-only. Earlier publications and unresolved clock, reference, origin and authority obligations remain in force.

Next steps

Revisit configured instrument stock on or after December 15 without assuming a reservation. Specify receiver challenge custody across reset, and expose a durable witness completion across the acquisition commit boundary. No equipment arrival, physical measurement or preparedness-level change is recorded.
