Cycle 006 — the limits of an independent witness
Twenty-five software cases refine equipment substitutions, receiver timing permissions and independent acquisition checkpoints.
Three investigations
The step-sweep investigation runs eight design cases for the proposed ordinary-strip bench. The receiver-display investigation runs eight capture and timing cases. The acquisition-tap investigation runs nine checkpoint and authority-notice cases. Each note retains its exact model table, inputs and remaining blind spots.
The studies produce useful hold states and conditional favorable states, not instrument qualification. False separation declarations remain a limitation in the bench and tap cases; an assumed clock-slew limit can fail without changing the observed anchor record.
Decisions and next work
Keep outward and return range coverage in the equipment request. Keep surviving receiver payload distinct from timing permission and carry the slew assumption in the label. Require a draw-tap origin independent of both ledgers and preserve unresolved authenticated corrections.
The collective dispatch places these choices within the intended machines. The review journal follows the concrete objects, and the press release summarizes the completed scope. Physical equipment, clock characterization and human or implant studies remain outside the completed work.
